Delete your Pool Score account

Pool Score is an app by edge guide gmbh. You can delete your account and the data stored for it at any time, in the app or by e-mail.

In the app

1. Open Settings and find the Account box.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Enter the password of your login and confirm.
4. Then choose whether the data on this phone is deleted as well or kept for a new login.

What is deleted

• your login and its e-mail address;
• the copy of your players, sessions, settings and the consent record on our server;
• every live stream of yours.

The deletion starts at once and cannot be undone. The deletion on the server completes within minutes.

What stays

• Nothing stays on the server; no backup copies are kept.
• The data on your phone stays until you delete it in the app or remove the app.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or it renews.

Without the app

Send an e-mail to info@edge-guide.de from the e-mail address of your login and ask for the deletion.

We delete the login and its data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
